We are proud to launch our podcast, Ground Control. A podcast where we discuss what really matters in retail, hospitality, and real estate: how ideas take shape, how projects remain manageable, and how design, process, and results come together.
No superficial stories. No trends just for the sake of trends. But real insights, based on actual experience.
Why are we creating this podcast? In our day-to-day projects, we see the same pattern: many people talk about design, but few talk about what actually works—and why.
The challenge isn’t actually in coming up with a concept. The challenge lies in bringing it to life:

- Is it technically feasible?
- Does it work at that location?
- Does it contribute to profitability and usage?
That’s exactly where the difference lies.

Why the name “Ground Control”?
The term “Ground Control” usually refers to the ground crew that handles communications, navigation, or operations for something in the air or in space. In our field, we’re also involved in preparing something that the operation will make a success. Success is determined at the end: does the project land successfully?
Ground Control is about that moment when everything comes together. It’s the place where you:
