Meet the crew (summer edition)
Our “crew” (analogous to the team needed to put a man on the moon) is the most important part of NewArmstrong. The team is the quality, the skills and represents the knowledge.
This is why we believe it is important to build on and with the team. How we do this we also leave up to the team: they have to flesh it out for themselves, but beforehand we determine what the purpose of the activity is:
- (Re)formulate team objectives
- strengthen relationships among team members
- clarify or explore roles in the workplace
- solve problems within a team
We want team members all to have a clear understanding of what common goal they are pursuing, who has what responsibilities and how we can make this have a positive impact on the work process. This year we are deepening our core values in 4 teams:
- innovative
- decisive
- creative
- flexible
In four teams, they explore what the core value means for work content and pair a team outing with it. This time (the summer edition): padel and bocce! Thus, we improve working relationships, strengthen mutual trust and better communication.
