Strong in precise execution.

Digital Plotting: faster construction, less failure costs.

During renovations and fit-outs, walls, installations and lighting often overlap – resulting in extra coordination, delays and repair work. By digitally plotting dimensions, we ensure that all disciplines are attuned to each other and can see exactly where something needs to go.

Where “measuring on construction” often goes wrong, digital plotting brings peace of mind.

We do digital plotting so that the various disciplines in construction are well coordinated. This prevents failure costs, speeds up execution and makes parallel working possible.
  • Reduced failure costs: dimensions of all disciplines are coordinated.
  • Faster start: installers can start while walls are not yet in place, because the position is already fixed.
  • More daily production: multiple batches can start at the same time without first setting out dimensions themselves.

From drawing to floor – with no difference in interpretation.
  1. We do digital surveying with a Faro laser scanner or Faro GeoSlam
  2. In our drawing software, we capture fixed points and dimension points from the drawing work.
  3. We read those points in the Totalstation.
  4. On site, the Totalstation projects a laser onto each point; we mark it with a sticker with the point number corresponding to the dimensional drawing.
  5. We work with point coding by discipline (e.g., walls, fixtures, lighting, furniture) and put the plotting drawing on site so any subcontractor can work with it.
The drawing is an important means of communication here: for example, it explicitly states what has been dimensioned (for ductwork and piping, often the center, for walls, for example, the edge).

Strong
in precise measurements

What you get: clarity that speeds implementation.

  • Plot drawing (available on site) with point numbering and discipline coding.
  • Marked sizing points on the floor (stickers; stay in place well and leave no glue residue)
  • One shared frame of reference (fixed points/zero point) so that everyone uses the same dimensions.

Especially when planning is tight and disciplines intersect.

If you want multiple disciplines to start simultaneously (walls/MEP/lighting).

  • If you want to save time before construction is up to speed (e.g. capture dimensions to order/prepare earlier).
  • If there are still users in the building: we often turn off after work hours or before the start of the work day to reduce disruption.

Case study: Mr. Green (Apeldoorn)

During the renovation of Mr. Green’s office in Apeldoorn, digital measurements were taken and then digitally plotted. This allowed work such as adding lighting or installing glass system walls to be carried out daily before users started work.
