We believe that good design can only exist when it is based on integrity, respect and accountability.
This Code of Conduct describes the principles that guide how we work – with each other, with our clients and with the world around us.
Integrity & Professional Conduct
We act honestly, transparently and carefully.
We make decisions based on substance, quality and professionalism. We avoid conflicts of interest and always act in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Professionalism is not a formality for us, but a natural part of our work.
Customers, Trust & Confidentiality
Trust is the foundation of every collaboration.
We handle our clients’ information, strategies and creative ideas with care. Confidentiality is a matter of course in everything we do – from initial concept to delivery and beyond.
Respect, Inclusion & Social Safety
We work in an environment where everyone feels respected and safe.
We treat each other, our clients and partners with respect and equality. We see diversity in perspectives, backgrounds and experiences as a strength that enriches our work.
Creative Responsibility & Intellectual Property
Creativity brings responsibility.
We respect intellectual property and take a conscious approach to image, language and representation. Design has impact – cultural, social and societal – and we take that impact seriously. We work for brands that have a strong identity and formula and will act to protect and enhance it and will not deploy or share the insights or principles with anyone other than the client.
Sustainability & Social Impact
We are aware of the world in which our work ends up.
We strive for conscious choices in design, collaboration and production, with consideration for people, environment and context. We do not participate in projects that harm people or society.
Quality, Responsibility & Care
We stand for quality in result and process.
We honor agreements, communicate openly and take responsibility for what we make and how we work. We see mistakes as part of learning and improving.
Approachability & Notifications
Everyone within NewArmstrong bears responsibility for this Code of Conduct.
Concerns or doubts about behavior are taken seriously and can be safely discussed.
