Happy Italy is a pizza chain offering fresh, quick pizzas and pasta in restaurants with a large number of seats. By preparing and packaging the version products in the in-house production kitchen in Dordrecht, the pizzeria can work very quickly. The scale of the chain and the large number of seats per restaurant means that a fresh offering can thus be offered at a very reasonable price.

The concept of the formula is characterized by cheerful and colorful decor. Atmospheric brick walls, varied lighting, natural materials and a wide variety of seating types provide a lot of variety in the atmosphere.

Design

In the Lay Out, high and low tables, a stool or an armchair all have a place. Because of the size of sites, a floor with a loft is often part of the design.

In the interior, an open kitchen where the production process is visible is part of the food concept.

For these locations (Rotterdam, Schiedam, Venlo), NewArmstrong provided the design and construction drawings. The concept will be reviewed against the building code after design.

Part of the drawing work includes the permits (environmental permit and use notification) and the elaboration of the technical installations, including the drawing of the kitchen.

The drawing set provided provided a construction file that could also be used by their regular construction team to build the store. The construction method is a well thought out construction process characterized by simplicity.
