The Mall Of the Netherlands Click Service is almost finished! This design is all about #nudging: how do you intuitively bring the consumer to the floors above (#Youseum) and the lifts? #Nudging is influencing choices that are made quickly and unobtrusively. All lines of the design point upwards and backwards, so that the consumer is automatically drawn there.
