Master class on MPG, CO2 calculation and Parisproof in a nutshell

Being able to properly and easily prepare MPG calculations, CO2 calculations and ParisProof reporting becomes increasingly important with the upcoming obligation. To make the impact of climate change measurable, a CO2 calculation and CO2 pricing is a tool to monitor and manage CO2 reduction.

ParisProof

The basis for this lies in the Paris Climate Accord.
The Paris Climate Accord aims to limit global warming to well below 2 degrees Celsius above pre-industrial levels. To achieve this, countries must drastically reduce their carbon emissions. The Netherlands has committed to these goals and is striving for a climate-neutral built environment.

But also the Dutch ambition and laws and regulations as laid down in the Delaplan Sustainable Renovation.
The Deltaplan Duurzame Renovatie’s ambition is to make the built environment in the Netherlands Parisproof as early as 2040. This means reducing the energy consumption of buildings by two-thirds compared to the current average. Specific targets are set for different sectors, such as offices, retail, education, healthcare and housing.

Masterclass

On Thursday, May 30, we will organize a Masterclass “MPG, CO2 and Parisproof in a nutshell” to clarify this matter.

Questions answered include:

• Why are we conserving?
• What are the trends toward 2030?
• How does that work with existing and new real estate?
• What effort do we need to make to be able to do this with 3D models, and does it yield a return on investment? So how does this work?
• How are material databases used?

And that accompanied by a real-life case where CO2 proved essential in strategic decision-making.

The Masterclass will be held May 30 at NewArmstrong in Heemstede, walk-in 2:30 p.m., start 3 p.m. This Master Class is of interest to developers, property managers, property managers and project managers.

The Masterclass will last until about 5 p.m. with drinks until 5:30.
