Meet the team (autumn edition)
We have a wonderful team at NewArmstrong and that only comes about by keeping the team good and strong. That also means we need space to develop with each other. Team development space.
You can think of this as a mental and social space within which you feel free to test your cooperation. You dare to take risks. You dare to discuss divergent ideas. You will be challenged. Collaboration and consultation are very tangibly tested and evaluated. You don’t always do that within projects, because then the content, the quality of the work, dominates.
This year we explored our core values in four teams:
- Flexible
- Decisive
- Innovative
- Creative
In this way, we all explored our core values together. So that the entire team knows and lives our core values, understands what they mean and how that translates into NewArmstrong’s vision and strategy. And in this way, we also offer the space to develop yourself outside the projects or work content within the team.
At the beginning of this fall, the entire NewArmstrong team collaborated on the most beautiful lego creations at a fantastic location. A breakfast on site and then build. Yet again to find out who has surprisingly good ideas, why proceeding without and plan is not efficient and why good consultation is important.
But above all, to be a team. And doing fun things together. So that the new colleagues get to know the others from a different side.
